PURPOSE: Citrus fruit skin tea and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to intake phenolic compounds and flavonoid contained in the skin of citrus fruits. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of citrus fruits skin tea comprises the following steps: crushing the skin obtained from citrus fruits into 0.3-4cm(S1); freezing the crushed skin for 1-700 days, and aging the frozen skin at 10-30 deg C for 10-24 hours(S2, S3); and drying the aged skin by cold-air drying or by freeze-drying(S4). The citrus fruits are selected from tangerine, citrus natsudaidai, citrus iyo, citrus platymamma, citrus tenuissima, citrus maxima, navel orange, lemon, or citrus sunki. |
