摘要 PURPOSE: A primer set and/or probe for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis and nontuberculous mycobacteria are/is provided to enable clinical diagnosis and to effectively detect both of the bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting nontuberculous mycobacteria contains a sequence of sequence number 9. A kit for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis and nontuberculous mycobacteria contains: a primer set which is specific to Mycobacterium tuberculosis IS6110 gene, containing a forward primer of sequence number 1 and a reverse primer of sequence number 2; a probe for detecting IS6110 gene of sequence number 3; a primer set which is specific to nontuberculous mycobacteria 16S rRNA gene, containing a forward primer of sequence number 4, one or more reverse primer selected from sequence numbers 5, 6, and 7, and a reverse primer of sequence number 8; and a probe for detecting nontuberculous mycobacteria of sequence number 9.
