PURPOSE: An alloy composition for a fluorescent material and a preparation method thereof are provided to obtain alloy with high contents of metal with a high melting point by selecting a proper composition ratio of primary alloy to control the melting point of the alloy. CONSTITUTION: An alloy composition for a fluorescent material is expressed as M1aM2bM3c, where M1 is a bivalence metallic element containing at least one of alkaline earth metals, M2 is a trivalent metallic element, M3 is a trivalent metallic element containing at least Si, and a, b, and c satisfy 0.5<a<2, 0.5<b<2, and 1<c<4. |
