PURPOSE: Recycling fuel development system is provided to perform development by usage of recycling fuel, thereby reduce consumption of fossil energy. CONSTITUTION: Distribution unit(11) distributes recycling fuel. Gas furnace(12) generates combustion gas by heating the distributed recycling fuel. Burner furnace(13) provides heat for combustion of the combustion gas. Combustion furnace(14) provides space for the combustion of the burner furnace. Steam boiler(15) generates steam for driving of steam turbine by usage of combustion heat of the combustion gas.
