PURPOSE: An application program execution method during a call and a supporting mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to immediately use a specific application program during the call. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) forms a communication channel. A sensor unit(150) generates sensing information corresponding to a change of an arrangement state when the communication channel is formed. A control unit(170) analyzes the sensing information after forming the communication channel. When the arrangement state is changed, the control unit automatically executes a predetermined application program. A display unit(140) displays an execution screen of the application program.
