An organic electroluminescent device is provided to minimize a bezel area by arranging component elements efficiently on a substrate of the organic electroluminescent device. A number of pixels(P) are formed on an active area(22). A data driving part(23) is formed on a side part of the active area adjacent to an external circuit part(25), and supplies a data signal to each pixel. A scan driving part(24-1,24-2) is formed on an outside part of the data driving part, and supplies a scan signal to each pixel. Wires are connected to the external circuit part, and are formed on both external parts of the active area. |
