FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing molasses (syrup), which are a sugar production waste, with distillers' spent grains, which are an alcohol industry waste, and whey, which is a dairy industry waste, in ratio of 2:2:1 to obtain a mixture. Leuconostoc mesenteroides are grown on a saccharose-containing medium to obtain an inoculum which is added to the prepared mixture in amount of 10% and cultured at temperature of 24-26°C for 72-96 hours in static conditions to obtain a culture fluid. The obtained culture fluid is mixed with boric acid in a given ratio to obtain biological binder.EFFECT: invention enables to recycle dairy wastes and obtain ecologically clean articles.1 ex
