FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cormophyte feeder grinders and may be used both independently and incorporated with fodder lines at cattle-breeding forms. Proposed grinder comprises feed and pressure conveyors, disc cutters 4 and guide dissector fitted on drive shaft 3, said dissector being made up of shaft free running about horizontal axis and reciprocating shaft provided with discs 8. Said dissector is arranged downstream of feed conveyor and upstream of disc cutters. Dissector reciprocation drive is composed of cylindrical linear induction motors arranged on different sides of dissector rigidly coupled with motor rotors 11, 12. Run-out of rotors 11, 12 on free side is limited by extra elastic power accumulators 15, 16.EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and efficiency.3 dwg |
