FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of chemistry. By-product of production of chlorine-containing salts in form of unreacted sediment during dissolution of oxygen-containing aluminium compound with composition AlOnHO, where n=0.5-2.9 in hydrochloric acid at higher temperature, is washed and dried. After that it is subjected to plasticisation with addition of nitric acid and water to acidic module 0.025-0.05, formation, drying and thermal processing.
