FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to freight car cast bogie frame. Proposed frame comprises upper horizontal box-section belt wit supports making axle box openings, box-section lower belt with bearing platform for spring set, two inclined belts jointing upper and lower belts, vertical tubes, and service openings. Besides, frame comprises central spring opening confined by spring set bearing platform, upper belt and vertical tubes, circular transitions from bearing platform to vertical tubes, inner ribs on inclined belts adjoining circular transitions, ledges in zone of inner ribs adjoin circular transitions, and outer ribs adjoining said ledges. Distance from circular transition centre to vertical tube is smaller than radius. Inner ribs adjoining circular transitions are connected with service openings along tangent to their cants. Axis of every ledge is aligned with intersection one inner rib with cylindrical surface of circular transition.EFFECT: higher strength in spring opening zone, reliability and fatigue margin.3 cl, 5 dwg |
