FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, to herniology. Skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue are dissected outside the zone of spermatic cord passage. Aponeurosis of external oblique muscle and implant in the area of deep inguinal ring are dissected. Hernial sac is processed and additional implant, which is installed between the first implant and transverse fascia in inguinal space, is modelled.
