摘要 A gas injector burner comprises a tube-like body (1), this is arranged as cylindrical from one sheet and is connected to seam lock and comprises perforation openings. In the tube-like body injector-mixer (2) is placed, as a shaped tube, this comprises suction chamber (3), mixing chamber (4) and conical section - diffuser (5). To the conical section-diffuser (5) of the injector-mixer (2) at one axis with the tube-like body a turbulator-splitter (6) in round form with center opening (8) is attached. To the other side of the injector-mixer (2) element (11) is attached for fixation of the gas injection type burner fixation in equipment (11), and at the side of the turbulator-splitter (6) in the tube-like body (1) back cover (15) with flanging is installed. New is the fact that the tube-like body (1) has mirror inner and outer surfaces and is compacted through caulking and is welded in whole length of the seam lock. The shaped tube of the injector-mixer (2) is continuous and seamless. At that the suction chamber (3) of the shaped tube of injector-mixer (2) is a shaped expansion section of the injector-mixer, and the mixing chamber (4) of the shaped tube of injector-mixer (2) is a straight section of the shaped tube of the injector-mixer, and the conical section - diffuser (5) of the shaped tube of the injector - mixer is the reamed section of the shaped tube of the injector-mixer (2). At that the ratio of the length of suction chamber (3) and the length of the mixing chamber (4) and the length of the conical section-diffuser (5) of the shaped tube of the injector-mixer (2) is 1:3,5:(from 7,25 to10, respectively. The ratio of the inlet diameter of the suction chamber (3) and the diameter of the mixing chamber (4) and the output diameter of the conical section-diffuser (5) of the shaped tube of the injector-mixer (2) is 1,3846:1:(from1,1538 to 1,2692, respectively. The turbulator-splitter (6) in round form is spherical at the back side of the burner, at that the turbulator-splitter (6) has a round depression (7) at the back side of the burner where central opening (8) is placed, and at the edges of the turbulator-splitter openings (9) are placed. The turbulator-splitter (6) has two "filaments" (10) by means of which it is attached to the injector-mixer (2). The back cover (15) with flanging is arranged as a "cup" and is installed to the tube-like body (1) and is welded in contour to the tube-like body. The injection-type gas burner comprises the front cover (11) in rectangular form that comprises a two-stage form, at that the first stage of the form (12) is cylindrical and is installed to the tube-like body (1) of the burner at the side of the suction chamber (3) of the injector-mixer (2). The front cover (11) is welded in contour to the tube-like body (1), and the second stage of the form (13) of the front cover (11) is cylindrical, and to that cylindrical second stage of the form (13), at its outer side, injector-mixer (2) is installed and welded in contour. Technical result is provision of increase of effectiveness of operation of the burner in set of heating apparatuses with different powers from 4 kW and higher, with provision of automated support of stability of given ratio of gas and air in burner at burner operation in unstable gas networks with provision of maximally complete and stable gas burning in the burner.
