The invention relates to apparatuses for carrying out mass transfer processes and can be used for performing dispersion of gas in liquid, with associated mass-transfer processes, such as for conducting gas-liquid reactions, absorption in food, pharmaceutical and other branches of industry. The technical result of disclosed technical solution is the increase of stable gas content in the final product and output increase of the device at carbonization of foam-forming liquids. An apparatus comprises a device for supplying components into a tank (7) under pressure comprising a mechanism of sealed detachable connection thereto of the tank neck (7) and an assembly for dispersion of the components in the tank (7), a control unit of supply of the components into the tank (7), which is connected to the device for supplying components into the tank (7) under pressure and a channel (29 or 35 or 37) for venting gas from the tank (7) into atmosphere through an adjustable throttle valve (9) and is made with possibility of connection to a pipe (4) for gas supply under pressure or a pipe (6) for liquid supply under pressure and with possibility of supply to the device of supply of components into the tank (7) or pressurized gas or liquid under pressure while ensuring venting gas from the filled tank (7), or closing pipes (4 and 6) for gas supply under pressure and liquid supply under pressure respectively. |
