PURPOSE: A cover for an arthroscopic surgical instrument is provided to be used for surgical instruments with various sizes and shapes. CONSTITUTION: A tube typed cover body(10) accommodates arthroscopic surgical instruments. A cut-out part(20) is extended to the other end from one end of the cover body in a longitudinal direction. A removal rope(30) is connected to the other end of the cover body and is separated from the arthroscopic surgical instrument inserted into an affected part. An opening(21) is formed in the side which is adjacent to one end of the cover body.
