PURPOSE: A device for generating high-concentration of NaOCl(Sodium Hypochlorite) is provided to minimize a concentration different between products by supplying reactants at stable concentration through a pH/NaCl control bath and a NaOH control bath. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating high-concentration NaOCl comprises an electrolytic cell, a NaOH(Sodium Hydroxide) feed pump(530), and a NaOCl reaction bath(500). The electrolytic cell comprises an anode chamber(320) provided with NaCl from a pH/NaCl control bath(200), a cathode chamber(330) generating NaOH, and an iron exchange membrane(310) dividing the anode chamber and the cathode chamber. A chlorine supply line(325) transfers chlorine gas generated by an electrolytic reaction in the anode chamber to a NaOCl reaction bath. The NaOH feed pump supplies a fixed quantity of NaOH, generated in the cathode chamber and transferred to a NaOH control bath(400), to the NaOCl reaction bath. The NaOCl reaction bath generates NaOCl through a reaction between chlorine gas generated in the anode chamber and NaOH supplied from the NaOH control bath. The NaOCl reaction bath comprises a temperature sensor(540), a NaOCl level measuring sensor(550), a temperature regulator(580), and an ORP(Oxidation Reduction Potential) sensor(560).
