PURPOSE: A device for opening a tap hole of a blast furnace is provided to improve the rigidity of an opening unit by application of a refractory protective film on the opening unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening a tap hole of a blast furnace comprises a body part(10), an opening unit(30), and a driving unit(20). The opening unit is installed in the body part and passes through a tap hole(110), and the opening unit contains a wood material on which a refractory protective film is applied. The driving unit is provided in the body part and moves the opening unit toward the tap hole. |
