摘要 The invention relates to optically active media based on photosensitive polymeric or oligomeric composites with semiconducting properties used for optical hologram construction. The invention is implemented by formation of photo-semiconducting medium for optical hologram recording comprising solid transparent substrate with applied in sequence transparent conductive layer ITO, photosensitive layer based on novel tetra-oligoglycidylcarbazolsilane synthesized by interaction of tetraethoxysilane with oligoglycidylcarbazol and sodium:with high rheological properties, sensibilized with organicdye,.This enables to enhance diffraction efficiency of hologram by 1.7 times and to use lasers with lesser radiant power, thus reducing cost thereof.
