The device has a rotating bolt (PN) placed in an intermediate boot and engaged in a striking plate. A panel comprises a portion of a wicket door that is equipped with a lock casing. The bolt is engaged in the plate by penetration of a part of the bolt beyond its angular part, movement of the bolt obtained without any action from the casing, or contacting a movement trigger with a part of a frame and a lining of the door. The movement transmitted to the bolt via a casing movement transmitting unit is a movement of removal of the bolt to release the plate and permit opening of the door.
