The invention relates to by-product coking industry. A coal charging unit of dry quenching chamber comprises housing of coke-transporting wagon, installed over charging port, equipped with hydraulic hitch, cover of charging port connected with transfer mechanism installed on runway, and hood, wherein transfer mechanism of cover of charging port is made in a form of beam connected with drive representing coupled double-arm levers equipped with supporting rolls installed in the middle of beam, and guiding rolls installed along edges, and balance weight adjusting the cover. Such construction allows increasing service reliability and maximally decreasing dust and gas emissions into environment as at charging of hot coal into quenching chamber, and during the quenching process. |
