PURPOSE: Device and method of disposing non-degradable organic materials using a rotary working table and a vibrating element are provided to enable insulating oil to be easily separated from surface and deep part by transferring high-frequency vibration to a waste transformer. CONSTITUTION: A device for disposing non-degradable organic materials comprises a vacuum heating furnace(10), a working table(20), and a condenser(50). The vacuum heating furnace comprises a heater(11) and is connected to a vacuum pump(12). The vacuum heating furnace heats a target(T) in a vacuum condition to generate evaporative and depleted gases. The working table is installed in the vacuum heating furnace. The target is placed on the working table. The working table applies vibration to the target or rotates the target. The condenser is installed outside the vacuum heating furnace. |
