A mattress, the outer layers of which are made of nonwoven needle-punched flax fiber and/or flax wastes with a surface density of 1000-1200 g/mand a thickness of 6- and connected with facing fabric by stitches. The internal layer is made of a needle-punched mixture of wool fiber and/or wastes thereof with a surface density of 800-900 g/mand a thickness of 40-. The base is made of a monolithic plate of the nonwoven material, having the hollow fiber structure, with different rigidity of surfaces thereof, of latexed coconut coir plates or latexed coconut coir and flax fiber plates, needle-punched fiber. One side of the filler as a whole (a layer) is made as solid and rigid, the other one as soft. |
