PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing fetal heart sound and a system including the same are provided to integrate a probe with a main body and to improve portability. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sensing fetal heart sound(100) measures the heart rate of a mother or a fetus. The measured heart rate signal is transmitted to the apparatus. A mobile communications terminal(200) communicates the apparatus through a wire and wireless network. The mobile communication terminal outputs the heart rate signal from the apparatus.
