The corkscrew has a handle on which a lever and a screw are articulated to allow the corkscrew to pass from folded position to deployed position. The lever is split into sub-levers (210, 220), where each sub-lever provides fulcrum pins (211, 221) placed at a distance different from a hinge axis (A). One of the sub-levers is retracted into and moved relative to the other sub-lever by a V-shaped spring (230). A profile of a part of the handle is directed toward an end of the lever in the folded position to accommodate/adapt the profile of an end of the latter sub-lever.
