A unit for dry ore benefication relates to the technique for mineral processing in the mining industry. The disclosed unit consists of the following main components: a loading chamber, a working chamber of vertical cylindrical body, a cover closing gravity dressing chambers, at the bottom of which adjustable valves are located, a working body in the form of a vibrating disk with a lever in the center, an adjustable spring of a damper, a frame, where said vertical body and a drive of the unit of dry processing are located. The combination of simultaneous process of dry grinding and gravity dressing in a single unit reduces relative power inputs, metal content, wear of lining, dust release. |
