The invention relates to metallurgy. A method for blast-furnace filling with charge material includes forming an annular gap between the large cone and screen mounted concentrically, fines separation from the charge, which fines are charged during their loading into the furnace from a large cone with furnace top gas energy by changing its velocity in the annular gap, the precipitation of the fines on the outside surface of the screen, where it is supplied by the pipeline, at that the fines separation is carried out by changing the rate of furnace top gas in the range of 10-15 m/s, and the deposited fines are added to the composition of pulverized coal which is blown into the blast furnace tuyeres. These deposited fines are used as a cooling additive for the tuyere gases to the necessary theoretical temperature which equates to a temperature for natural gas. The invention allows the use of the fines separated in the blast furnace process, in the composition of pulverized coal with the simultaneous and the obligatory lowering the temperature of the tuyere gases without the use of natural gas or coal. |
