PURPOSE: A system for management of banking, a terminal for management of banking, a device for generating one time password and a banking method thereof are provided to conveniently perform financial transaction by using a temporary password. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) transmits the request of registration by using NFC(Near Field Communication) in a financial transaction terminal. The communications unit transmits the acknowledgement request of registration before the financial transaction. A number generating unit(220) generates an OTP(One Time Password) if the confirmation of the registration is received from the financial transaction terminal. The communications unit transmits the OTP to the financial transaction terminal by using the NFC. The communications unit transmits the serial number of a temporary password generating apparatus when the registration is requested.
