PURPOSE: A skin care kit and a coating method are provided to show an excellent skin cooling, skin elasticity enhancement and skin wrinkle diminishing effect by coating a cosmetic composition having the skin elasticity enhancement effect using a skin application apparatus providing the tensile stress. CONSTITUTION: A skin care kit comprises a cosmetic composition containing arginine and lysine-containing polypeptide as active ingredients and a skin application apparatus for coating the cosmetic composition on the skin. The skin application apparatus is at least one selected from the group consisting of a roller, a pressure indicator and massage device providing the tensile stress. The coating of the cosmetic composition comprises a step of applying the tensile stress to the skin using the skin application apparatus while or after coating the cosmetic composition on the skin.
