The machine (1) has a floor comprising two cross-pieces projecting and controlling a rudder placed at a median rear portion of a shell. Propulsion of the machine is realized by propulsion pallets comprising a handle and a quadratic surface. An end of the handle comprises a wood blade. The blade is placed vertically in line with the handle, and comprises a hexagonal surface. A top part of the surface is attached to the handle by an attaching unit. A fixed floating unit is arranged on a top part of the blade. A horizontal part of the blade is turned toward an upper part of the handle.
