PURPOSE: A filtering apparatus capable of adjusting micro chip density while filtering and washing is provided to possibly wash micro chip fiber by the back washing driving board from sides to sides and parts by parts. CONSTITUTION: A filtering apparatus capable of adjusting micro chip density while filtering and washing comprises a filter(200), the principal axis direction driving cylinder, and the second axis direction driving cylinder. The filter comprises the intake pipe(201), the micro chip pathway pipe(202), the exhausting pipe(203), and the micro chip(210). Raw water is flowed into the intake pipe. Raw water entered through the intake pipe(201) is filtered through the micro chip pathway pipe. The exhausting pipe ejects effluence filtered inside of the micro chip pathway pipe(202). The micro chip is installed inside of the micro chip pathway pipe, and filters raw water. The principal axis driving cylinder drives the upper part of micro chip vertically to compress and relax the micro chip. The second axis direction driving cylinder is attached to the circumference of the micro chip and moves vertically to remove the foreign substances on the axis, and attached to the mean of the foreign substances removal to have driving axis for vertical drive. The driving axis of the principal axis driving cylinder drives raw water downward when filtering to increase the density of micro chip compression. The driving axis of the principal axis driving cylinder is the key, and when cleaning the micro chip, it is driven upward to reduce the density of micro chip. The mean of the foreign substances removal is attached to the circumference of the micro chip and forms hollow on the back washing driving board for the micro chips to pass through.
