The board (100) has a guidance device (1) comprising a rigid and flexible flat plate (5a) that is located in a pocket (20). The guidance device comprises two layers (2, 3), where a joint of the layers delimits the pocket. A portion of the plate is gripped between the layers by inflation of the plate. The guidance device comprises a retaining unit (13) for swinging the plate. The pocket comprises a blocking unit to block slipping of the plate, and an opening allowing installation and removal of the plate. The blocking unit includes a hook-and-loop fastener attaching the plate and the layers. The layer of the guidance device is made of Hypalon(RTM: chlorosulfonated polyethylene synthetic rubber).
