FORMING APPARATUS FOR HEADREST

PURPOSE: A foaming machine of a headrest is provided to easily adjust the horizontal angles of the headrest by preventing the concentration of an ejected foaming agent on a foldable sewed line. CONSTITUTION: A foaming machine of a headrest comprises an upper mold(210) and a lower mold(220). An upper groove(212) is formed at the lower part of the upper mold correspondently to the rear side of a trim cover. The top of the lower mold is opened correspondently to the upper mold. The lower mold comprises protruding lines(223) and a lower groove. The lower groove is formed correspondently to the front side of the trim cover and the upper groove of the upper mold. The protruding lines are formed in the lower groove, and protrude correspondently to a foldable sewed line. The concentration of a foaming agent on the foldable sewed line is prevented by the protruding lines.
