PURPOSE: A display pixel including an oxide thin film transistor having a reduced load is provided to reduce the area of a gate line and parasitic capacitance. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel includes display pixels. Each display pixel includes a pixel electrode and a thin film transistor(90). A thin film transistor is connected to a source line(86) and a gate line(84). The thin film transistor includes a source, a channel(168) and a drain(98). The gate line includes a first hole(162). The first hole is partly overlapped with the drain.
