The invention relates to the railway transport and improves quality of control of brake line condition and its reliability in operation. A signaling device has a split body with internal partition separated by movable partitions made in the form of diaphragms. On a spring-loaded diaphragm forming a chamber with a body connected by a pipe to the locomotive brake line a valve rod is secured which is passed through a center hole of the inner partition of the body. On the check valve electrical contacts of a signaling device are mounted and between the intermediate part of the signaling device and its lid the diaphragm is mounted forming two chambers, one chamber is connected by the pipe to the brake line and the second chamber is connected by the pipe to a compensation tank of locomotive. A rod is mounted on the diaphragm and cinematically connected to an indicator of air output.
