The invention relates to chemical engineering and can be used in the production of single crystals in particular of compound semiconductors. A device for crystals growing by directed crystallization includes a vertically mounted furnace with heating resistor and an ampoule with a tapered lower end placed inside it. It contains the insertion in the form of a cylinder placed inside the furnace with the possibility of vertical movement, the mechanism of vertical movement of the cylinder, the ampoule is mounted inside the cylinder and fixed relatively to the furnace, and the cylinder is composed of two parts, the lower part is made of a material with better thermal conductivity than the upper. The invention provides a stabilization of the crystallization front due to reducing the convective flows of air inside the oven. |
