An activator comprises a sealed cylindrical container mounted horizontally and equipped with a central inlet pipe with a plug valve and a central outlet pipe with a plug valve, which is mounted on shock absorbers, and inside the container by means of stops rigidly fixed on its inner surface the in the other half of the height, sealing and cushioning gaskets, stops and thrust clamps rigidly secured on side covers, and similar gaskets a horizontal membrane of ultrasonic vibrations with a central hole is installed, from the upper side of which a semi-cylindrical concentrator provided with holes is fixed rigidly and symmetrically to the vertical axis. The low row of holes is made at the level of the horizontal membrane, to which from inside a magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer is rigidly and centrally mounted, and from its lower side the concentrators with a central concentrator are rigidly and centrally mounted above each other at intervals, which are equipped with side holes. |
