A method for increasing and correction of mammal gland comprising the multiple tunneling of fibrous altered tissues with a needle in areas that overlap with further injection autotransplantation of fat tissue into formed channels, and previously intraoperative stretching of soft tissues is performed in the recipient area by their intense infiltration with saline.
