METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NANOCAPSULE, NANOCAPSULE AND PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT OR FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nanocapsule that can have higher resistance to a protein splitting enzyme or changes in pH than a nanocapsule manufactured by a conventional nanocapsule manufacturing method, and can take relatively simple steps for manufacturing the nanocapsule.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a nanocapsule for containing medication includes: a PEG-POSS preparation step of preparing a polyethylene glycol-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane conjugate; a PEG-POSS solution producing step of producing PEG-POSS solution by dissolving PEG-POSS in a solvent; and a nanocapsule manufacturing step of manufacturing the nanocapsule by adding a hydrophobic medication as a medicine to the PEG-POSS solution.
