<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided equipment control device which allows a user to feed comfortable when an energy provider reports an energy part price to a property even in a peak time zone of the energy part price at which an energy consumption amount is suppressed at a maximum. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment control device 30 includes a communication part 31, a first determination part 36b, a second determination part 36c, and an adjustment control part 36d. The communication part 31 receives energy part price information for each time zone. A first determination part 36b and a second determination part 36c determine from among a predetermined period a first time zone in which the energy part price is at the peak and second and third time zones before and after the first time zone on the basis of indexes including the elements of the energy part price. Among the three time zones, an intensity by which the energy consumption amount is suppressed by means of the adjustment control part 36d is set to be the highest during the first time zone and comfort is easily maintained even when the energy consumption amount is strongly suppressed during the first time zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
