<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing simply with high sensitivity, an amino functional compound such as amino acid or peptide included in a sample. <P>SOLUTION: An amino functional compound in a sample including the amino functional compound is analyzed simply with high sensitivity by heightening selectivity by labeling the amino functional compound with a specific carbamate compound such as p-trimethyl ammonium anilyl-N-hydroxy succinimidyl carbamate iodide. Especially, an object compound can be analyzed quantitatively by mass analysis method such as an MS/MS method.
