<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an operation history for workflow analysis with less noise data by not acquiring all operation history of an operator but acquiring only necessary information. <P>SOLUTION: An operation history acquisition method in a business PC which executes business with workflow composed of a plurality of tasks, detects a trigger of an enter-key depression or a mouse click for each task, acquires an operation history of the business PC upon detecting the trigger, and stores the operation history in association with the task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
