<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when an electronic document obtained by scanning paper is registered in electronic processing. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow system has: an MFP 110 having scanning means 112 for scanning paper, acquisition means for acquiring an identifier encoded and embedded in the paper from an image acquired by scanning, and transmission means for transmitting the acquired identifier; and a server 120 having specification means for specifying workflow from the received identifier, means for specifying the present step in the specified workflow, and control means for performing control so that display according to the specified step is performed in the scanning device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
