<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems such as, there are description mistakes in developed design specifications, specifications are difficult to understand, and shortage of development skills of individual developers, however, makeshift countermeasures, such as changing development persons in charge according to individual development skills by judgment of a project manager, are taken to the problems at present, and drastic solutions are not reached at a site of actual development in a company given system development in trust. <P>SOLUTION: Effectiveness of questionnaires generated in projects in the past, and countermeasure strategies adopted as means which should be taken to the questionnaires is analyzed. Drastic countermeasures which lead to quality assurance at downstream processes are taken in real time by utilizing analysis results for trend analysis and presentation of the countermeasure strategies of questionnaires of a project in progress. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
