<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an image processing method, in which parameters in carrying out rendering processes to images are determined based on diagnostic information, and images or groups of images including the affected part are created using the parameters. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device is provided with an image input part to input a plurality of photographed medical images, an information input part to input diagnostic information related to the input medial images, a rendering part to carry out the rendering processes to the input medical images, and a parameter determining part to determine the parameters in carrying out the rendering processes based on the diagnostic information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
