<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition excellently and uniformly improving texture in respective parts ranging from the hair root part to the hair end part while securing hair damage repairing effect. <P>SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition includes: 0.01-5 mass% of trehalose or one or more of its derivatives; (B) 0.01-5 mass% of beeswax; (C) 0.1-5 mass% of one or more of phenyl-modified silicones; (D) 0.01-3 mass% of one or more of amino-modified silicones.
