PURPOSE: A method managing sources in a wireless communication network and a device thereof are provided to supply a medium access control(MAC) super frame format. CONSTITUTION: A beacon frame(102) defines a structure of a MAC super frame. The beacon frame includes beacon information including super frame structure information and synchronization information. One or more multi-node connection frames(108) are located in next beacon frame. The multi-node connection frames have device property information and network property information.
