<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode binder composition for producing the slurry of a power storage device electrode exhibiting excellent binding properties and powder omission properties and capable of manufacturing an electrode for a power storage device having excellent electrical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The binder composition for electrode contains (A) polymer particles, and a liquid medium. The binder composition for producing the slurry of a power storage device electrode has a distribution where 2-60 vol% of the (A) polymer particles exist in a grain size section of 0.01 μm or more and less than 0.25 μm, and 40-98 vol% of the (A) polymer particles exist in a grain size section of 0.25-0.5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
