<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which is useful for the prevention and improvement of indications and symptoms related to inflammatory pain including hyperalgesia and thermal or mechanical allodynia in vertebrate animals and particularly in human subjects. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method, in which based on the discovery that an AT2 receptor antagonist is effective for the prevention or relief of symptoms accompanied by the pain of inflammatory pain, the effective amount of the AT2 receptor antagonist selected from a small molecule, nucleic acid, peptide, polypeptide and a peptide mimetic is suitably administered in the form of a composition including a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
