<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a band of a good axial ratio become a broadband; to improve the isolation of two paths from an input end to two feeding points; and to decrease an area of a circuit connected to an antenna element, in an antenna device having the two feeding points and one radiation electrode. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna device includes: an antenna element having an antenna base body, a radiation electrode, first and second feeding portions, and a ground electrode; and a substrate portion. The substrate portion includes: a distribution circuit portion C1 equipped with a connecting portion 321, path portions 322A and 322B of a path length of 1/4λ, and a resistance 323; and a phase shift circuit portion C2 equipped with a path portion 324A which extends to the first feeding portion, and a path portion 324B which is longer than the path portion 324A by 1/4λ and extends to the second feeding portion. The phase shift circuit portion C2 and the distribution circuit portion C1 are formed on the same surface of the substrate portion.
