<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection method with which more detailed inspection of cracks can be implemented, and reliability of inspection can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: A surface shape measurement device 10 measures three dimensional measurement data of a surface shape of a periphery of a crack found in a surface of a structure with a complex shape. An eddy current flaw detection inspection (ECT) device 20 and an ultrasonic flaw detection inspection (UT) device 30 measure the dimension of the crack by using the three dimensional measurement data measured by the surface shape measurement device 10.
