<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion system which can be suitably used for an industrial vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A high-side transistor MHU includes N (N is an integer of two or larger) high-side transistor units 14U<SB POS="POST">1-N</SB>which are provided between output terminals OUTU of corresponding phases and an upper-side power source line LP, and are connected electrically in parallel with each other. A low-side transistor MLU includes N low-side transistor units 16U<SB POS="POST">1-N</SB>which are provided between the output terminals OUTU of corresponding phases and a lower-side power source line LN, and are connected electrically in parallel with each other. Snubber circuits 12 are each provided for a pair of one high-side transistor unit 14 and one low-side transistor unit 16 corresponding to it.
